Luis Torres, (owner and contractor) worked for various construction companies for about ten years. Luis also worked alongside his father-in-law and completed many parks, courts, and residential projects. During his days off, Luis expanded his skill sets by working with different masons to perfect his trade. Luis gained management skills by overseeing large crews.
